Recently I hosted a thread at Blog Catalog where I reviewed a lot of new blogs. I noticed some mistakes that kept coming up and decided to make a video explaining them. If you can avoid these three, you’ll have a much better start than most new bloggers.

Thanks Damien – like many writers, I find it too easy to stumble into “personality blog” territory and forget my focus, so I’m grateful for the reminder. It also served as a kick to get me to adjust my “about” page and do something about branding my site – that’s today’s work list written!
I hope you don’t mind a little criticism – invest in a bigger white board and a tripod!

I agree with bendrits, a tripod would mean so much Damien, it can be a 50% quality boosts. Anyway, good job!
