Color Capture Tool Recommended

I found an applicationon the web that makes color coding way easier. The program is free and it’s called AdesClrPicker. It installs in a few seconds and there is no spyware or any of that annoying stuff. It’s a color picker tool that any blog or webmaster should have in her/his arsenal. I know at least 5 times a day I run across sites with amazing color schemes I’d like to emulate. Now, I can get the codes for those colors and put them in a Notepad immediately for quick reference later as I am tweaking themes. If this kind of work consumes your time as it does mine, you should really go out and get this little tool.

That sounds pretty cool, I might have to check that out….I generally just take a screenshot and then paste into paint/photoshop/gimp and use the color picker there to find out what color is being used. This sounds like it might make things easier though.

There’s another one out there called Pixie that I used to use all the time before I became an Apple snob. It rocks and it’s free!

So what would an Apple snob use to do this same task?

Given that Apple is so farther advanced in graphic design, I am sure there are many similar tools. I don’t know because I’m too lazy to venture there … yet.
