Power of Music: Last.fm

The first music I ever heard was in utero. My mom and dad tried a then new convention of putting the headphone speaker up to the mom belly. I can’t say I remember that :) Nonetheless, to this day music is like a reliable friend/drug/inspiration for me.

I recently discovered last.fm where the songs I listen to while computing are stored and updated on a widget for my visitors to see. I am really glad they can see the titles because there are many really cool songs out there these days and I like to spread the word.

I’m a really musical person. I enjoy playing CD’s all the time: in the car, out by the pool, even in my classroom before the kids come in. I was in a rock band for years. You can check that out at MySpace Music. Anyway, I guess this short post is sort of a plug for music in ones life, and on last.fm.
