		<description>Here&#039;s a good one for the pre-k crowd:  my son&#039;s teacher a couple of years ago would carry around a flashlight during transition times.  When she saw a child doing the right thing (picking up toys, standing in line, etc.) she would shine the &quot;spotlight&quot; on them.  Kids loved it!
