On Aging, Wellness, and Three Day Weekends

Since I hit 40 in June I have really been paying more attention to what my body is telling me. You can never turn back the clock on aging but you can preserve and lengthen the assets you have. Before 30, your body just regenerates itself automatically and you don’t think about it as much. At 40, you really notice with the grey hair especially that you aren’t a 20 something dynamo forever. That’s bad and also good in some ways.
