There are huge things that get us all down every day. While it’s okay to feel sad or down sometimes, we should view staying “up” as our personal responsibility and goal.
I have been doing a lot of online writing for hire, blogging, and playing with my kids. Mostly, around here, what that entails is swimming! We love our new swimming pool and if I had my way I would live in it 24/7. Today was an example of how much good it does me.
