This post is where I take the data from last month’s blog earnings and set goals in light of the last 6 months. It is meant primarily to keep me focused but also to share what I am learning about blog money with other bloggers.
A lot of things have been said about blogging and making money but hardly anything has been written about the psychology of this. It is a true “head trip” to blog for money. The long hours doing tedious tasks while trying to keep the inspiration flowing can be daunting. I know in the beginning I was tempted to give it up many times. Now, after close to three years of doingblogging for money, I am glad I didn’t give and I am glad I “got my mind right” with regards to what it’s all about.

This has been a slow month in some ways. In other ways it has been solid and productive. I have put Entrecard back on all four blogs. I am crious to see the effect on traffic. Please note this is only a mid month report. I was curious how I was doing. I’ll publish another CAN post after March 1st.
I use my PayPal card often (a card bloggers usually get paid through) to buy my circle of friends stuff like pizza and Baja Fresh … that’s enough for me to feel successful!
Let’s face it, we all have a passion that threatens to keep us away from the family. We owe it to them to manage our time and passions so there is plenty left for them! These are my solutions.
