Today after seeing it still in my toolbar and verifying the change with some 3rd party sources, I was elated to see it was indeed a true PR4. Here’s how I got it back.

Like many bloggers and webmasters, I was reduced to a PR-0 by Google in their “wisdom.” I’m tired of being that low so I’m trying some things to bring it back.
