There is wisdom in doing crazy things once in a while. Have you done anything crazy to change your mind-frame lately?
Change can be scary. It’s hard to navigate your mood through waters that rise and fall and threaten to break your boat in two. But there is something you can do to weather the storm out: positive self-talk.
Did you ever have a terrible headache and then found it went away after a few ibuprofen and some “still time?” Well, when your mental health improves after making it a priority it is kind of like that only instead of the pain subsiding, you become empowered and solutions run through your mind instead of sadness, melancholy, and fatigue.

I find that a simple quote can produce more inspiration than I ever imagined. They are worth reading, thinking about, and collecting as you travel through the pilgrimage of life. I hope you get some inspiration from the podcast.
The one thing that always crosses my mind after things work out is this: “Why did I stress so much?” I think we’d all do well to remember the end the next time we are caught in the midst of uncertainty and fear.
