		<description>If you have your sitemap updated on your server, once you tell Google the pagename: ie; sitemap.xml
Then it will crawl it on a regular basis. If you are with Wordpress, I recommend the plugin I mention in the post. Good luck!</description>

		<description>Thanks for reminding me about Google Webmaster Tools! I signed up for them a while ago, and I think I added a sitemap, but I&#039;d better go and check to be sure. I wonder if I have to keep adding the updated one or if it automatically detects it? Hmm... something to be investigated.</description>
