Your 8 Facts About Me caught my eye, and as I read the list, I wondered if you know that these “things” about you are not really you at all. Actually, I’m sure you “know” this, not with your thinking mind, but with the inner “self” that is the real you. You would have to know this, on a deeper level.
Although I haven’t met you personally, I do know that these 8 facts that describe your human form’s likes and dislikes are only fleeting superficial things about you—– like all things of this world that come and go. We are all so much deeper than our thoughts and emotions, our body form that others see with their eyes, our hair, our skin, what we do, what we say, what we think, what we earn, how much or how little education we have, how big or small our house is, etc. None of this matters, except when we have to use this information for practical reasons in this world.
I sense you are seeking a deeper meaning in your life, and it’s within you at this moment—right in the Now, that is …….right Now……..
The real “self “you are perhaps seeking at this stage of your life is so very sacred. Let go of all thoughts tied up with the false identity of who you think you are. There, in that quiet stillness inside your form which you’re living inside (which is your body, also your mind thoughts) you’ll discover the you, the “I Am” self that has always been there. This inner consciousness connects to the universe, all life, all that there is and will always be.
The plants and animals that surround us all know this. A few enlightened humans, also, have found the same sacred peace that words cannot describe. Words only point the way. It’s there for all of us right now.
Peace to you on your journey.
