    thanks! evan made a comment about the difference between self discipline and self punishment. maybe that should be a new post. what do you think about that, especially since you are a teacher?

    @isabella mori: LOL. You ask me a question that has raged un-answered for centuries. My answer is: YES … please write your take on the difference and I may write one of my own. One thing I think we agree upon is that success is not worth self-harm in any form.
